An Ultimate Checking account is required to open a High-Rate Savings account. 4.00% APY is earned monthly on an average daily balance of $10,000 or more if Ultimate Checking requirements are met. Two withdrawals permitted per month on the High-Rate Savings account. A $20 fee may be applied for additional withdrawals.
