ACH Authorization
An ACH Authorization (Automated Clearing House) is a form of payment that gives a third party permission to withdraw or deposit money from/into your account electronically, according to the payment agreement. ACH Authorizations can be for one-time or recurring transactions.
We’ll gladly help set up ACH Authorizations for members at any of our branches or by calling the Guardian Service Center.
Official & Cashier’s Checks
Guardian Credit Union can issue Official and Cashier’s Checks for members, which serve as a guarantee of funds. They are typically used in place of cash, credit or personal checks. Funds are withdrawn from your account when the check is issued. Official Checks and Cashier’s Checks are available at any Guardian branch. View our current fee schedule for official check fees.
Money Orders
Money Orders are a type of paper payment for a specific amount and are pre-paid before being issued. They are often required as a more trusted method of payment than a personal check. Money orders can be obtained at any Guardian branch during normal office hours.
